FLYING HOUR PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Connect flying-hour execution to the program picture.
Bring forecasting, tracking, and flying-hour management together so teams can connect mission activity to the program picture.
WHAT IT DOES
Capabilities
Flying hour budget and spend plan
Units enter hour spend plans, and the system tracks under and over flying against the established baseline.
Execution tracking by fund type
Interfaces let units maintain hours by fund type and track them by mission code as the hours are incurred.
Crosswalk references
Interfaces with systems of record including REMIS, ABIDES, factor sets and the AMC exercise list, and business rules identify disconnects in REMIS PECs and mission codes.
Squadron log with REMIS validation
Wings and squadrons maintain 781 flight logs in the system and compare them against REMIS, with disconnects between the two sources surfaced.
Command and unit coordination
Roles support the coordination workflow across command and unit level users.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions about FHPM
What is the flying hour program?
The flying hour program allocates and tracks the flying hours a unit is funded and scheduled to execute. FHPM supports forecasting those hours, tracking execution against them, and reconciling the flight log record.
Does FHPM work with REMIS?
Yes. FHPM crosswalks its data against REMIS and other systems of record, and identifies disconnects such as mismatched PECs and mission codes.
What about AFTO Form 781?
FHPM supports AFTO 781 flight logs, including maintaining squadron logs in the system and validating them against REMIS data.
