Maintain the AFTO 781
Hold the AFTO 781, the Arms Aircrew and Mission Flight Data Document, at wing or squadron level rather than in a spreadsheet on a desktop somewhere.
Automatic validation against REMIS
Log records are checked against transaction records in REMIS automatically. The validation names the fields that disagree, and flags a log record missing from the other feeder sources entirely.
Feeder system interfaces
Flight log records come in from external systems including ARMS, Cool, Aerospace and PEX, so the log reflects what those systems already hold.
Audit compliance for flying hours
Supports the tracking and reporting of flying hours required by AFI 21-103, which is the obligation the squadron is measured against.
Reports and extracts
Generate formatted or custom spreadsheets and reports, and extract data for other systems including the Flying Hours On-Line format.

Questions about SRP
How is SRP different from FHPM?
FHPM manages the flying hour program: forecasting, allocation and execution against the budget. SRP works at the sortie level, maintaining the 781 flight log and reconciling it against REMIS. They share data, so a disconnect found in SRP is visible in the program picture.
What does the validation actually check?
It compares each log record against the transaction record in REMIS and identifies fields that disagree, as well as log records missing from the other feeder sources.
Which systems can it take records from?
ARMS, Cool, Aerospace and PEX among others, and it can extract data in the Flying Hours On-Line format.
